Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Glory Market, an online commerce platform operated by Glory Labs LLC. By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order, linking a wallet, using Glory Meter, or participating in holder benefits, customers agree to these Terms and all policies referenced on the platform.

Eligibility

Accounts

Glory Market may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at its discretion, including where there are suspected pricing errors, fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or policy violations.

Errors may occur. Glory Market may correct errors, update product information, cancel affected orders, or issue refunds where appropriate.

Payments

Customers agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment for their order.

Crypto Payments

Crypto payments may involve GCAT, BNB, USDT, or other supported assets.

Customers are solely responsible for using the correct wallet address, network, token, and transaction amount. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy, Crypto Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed at purchase.

Holder Benefits

Holder benefits, discounts, early access, exclusive products, and tier programs are discretionary.

Glory Score

Glory Score is an informational ecosystem metric. It is not a credit score, financial rating, investment recommendation, or guarantee of rewards.

Glory Labs may modify scoring criteria, weights, categories, badges, and benefits at any time.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, logos, product names, artwork, characters, designs, images, software, text, graphics, and brand assets are owned by or licensed to Glory Labs LLC unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use platform materials without written permission.

Prohibited Use

• Using the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempting to interfere with platform security or functionality.
• Submitting fraudulent orders or chargebacks.
• Misrepresenting wallet ownership or eligibility.
• Using bots, scraping tools, automated abuse, or manipulation.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, clone, or misuse platform systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glory Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform, product delays, wallet errors, blockchain transactions, shipping issues, or unavailable services.

Changes to Terms

Glory Labs may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Glory Market after updates means customers accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
